1 General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any use of the bk3e platform. By accessing this site, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have given your consent to these Terms.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds on the bk3e platform, we accept bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly. For any technical issues, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification

bk3e reserves the right to verify identity for large withdrawal amounts. If the required documents are not submitted promptly, the withdrawal may be delayed. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the transaction will be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the bk3e platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion facility is currently available.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bk3e receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, to withdraw winnings from a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used to play games.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, bk3e reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
If bonus terms change, the old terms will apply to existing bonuses.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period, which is generally counted from the date the bonus is issued. If wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5 VIP Program

The bk3e VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity on the platform. Detailed VIP terms may be published separately and will be considered part of these general Terms.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, the relevant round or bet may be considered void. Winnings obtained through faulty software will be considered invalid. bk3e uses fair play technology provided by software suppliers.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Strategic bonus hunting or exploiting the bonus system.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
Manipulation through multiple accounts.
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

6.3 RTP and Statistics

7 Sports Betting Terms

7.1 Betting Rules
